5. Retention period
We assure you that we only keep your data for as long as it takes to meet the purpose for which the individual data was collected and further used, namely:
- Web server log files are kept for 3 (three) months;
- demand data shall be kept for the longest period until the end of the year following the latest demand;
- all information relating to commercial cooperation and contracts concluded shall be kept for a period of 5 (five) years after the conclusion of the cooperation under the contract concluded;
- your contact details for direct marketing purposes are processed until cancellation.
If there is a different legal storage period (e.g. accounting or tax data) for certain data processed for the realisation of contracts, the retention period is 6 and 10 years respectively. In the meantime, data processing is limited.

Avtotertinek d.o.o. is obliged to protect the personal data you provide to us using our website. Avtotertinek d.o.o. will do everything to protect personal data against any violations and abuses.
